HELP How to remove Nail Varnish stains from Carpet

Left DH with DDs today and came home to find nail varnish all over them and the carpet. Managed to clean the girls but can't get the stains out of the carpet. Have tried nail varnish remover but it doesn't seem to be working.

All ideas will be welcome. Thanks!

Say a prayer that you have accidental damage insurance, phone insurance company and pray some more.

My dd did that and we got £1700 worth of new carpet.

Maybe ice it and pick it off, bit time consuming though. I'd check your insurance.

Remove as much as possible, use non-oily varnish remover or acetone. Follow up with a carpet or upholstery shampoo.
