I am 38 years old. I am never going to be a pop star. I'm never going to dance for a living.

however, I LOVE dancing. and I love singing.

so I need to dance. and i need to sing.

I am making a vow and it will be witnessed by alltwoofyouinterested the whole of mumsnet.

I vow, that I am going to dance, regularly. I'm going to enroll in a class. and I'm going to drag someone (anyone) somewhere club wise (that isn't a 16 year old meat market).

I'm going to dance in a class once a week. and I'm going to clubbing once a month.

and I"m going to find a way of performing singing wise in a humble low-fi way. somehow. form a crappy covers band and do pubs to no people. or something.

I AM GOING TO DO THIS.

forget new years eve, I solemnly vow that I shall do this forthwith.
