think i am on my way to become a power seller ! I am completly addicted. Thanks for all the advise everyone! To the person who said to lower my prices thanks so much ! I did , and three tops that I paid £2 each for made £15.99! some things people pay silly money for. I am so pleased.. I feel that I am making more money than if I sold the items at a boot sale. Anybody that is thinking of selling on ebay I really do recommend it. I have been sitting here for a few hours putting new things up trying to get a few pennys together for some spending money for my hols!
Anyone else had people pay more for things than what you bought it?

I sold a girl guide album last year (one my parents picked up for me for just a few pence years ago) for £31!!!

I listed it with a whole load of other ones with a starting price of 50p - a few sold for about £1.50 and this one shot up to £31. I was so shocked I emailed the winning bidder to make sure he hadn't made a mistake

It turned out that particular one had fewer copies printed so was realtively 'rare' as Girl Guide Albums go!

I sell lots of video's on Ebay(amongst other things),and sold one for £3.when the cheque came, the chap had written me a note to say it was worth at least £5 so he gave me the extra £2.
Sold another video on there which we orginally paid about £7 for,and that went for £29.
It just goes to show that if someone really wants something, they'll pay a stupid price for it-not that i'm complaining.
