Just a couple of things my son has done in the last couple of days I just have to share. Walked with his walker for the first time, first with me behind him for support then off on his own. Then this morning he gave me a kiss without any prompting, heartwarming cuteness.

My heart always melts when i go into my 4 month old daughter's room in the morning, and am greeted with the biggest smile you've ever seen!
Then she realises she wants her breakfast and starts howling :-)

Aaaah - baby kisses, there's nothing like them.

We were out for a walk last weekend when an old fashioned red double decker bus drove past us, kitted out in ribbons, with its sign reading 'To the Church', full of wedding guests. Our 2 year old waved at them and they waved back. Made me feel all choked up.

When he's wearing shorts and running around furiously, there's something about his comical little legs that makes me go ahhh.....

And when he tries to put a prized piece of half eaten toast into my mouth, with an indulgent smile on his face (an exact copy of those smiles I give to him to encourge him to eat up,) I want to go ahhh... or yuk!. Havn't quite made up my mind which.

Ha Ha Rozzy! Are you intending to tell her this story when she's older? But not in front of her friends, I hope!

AAhh Bless Rozzy, they try to grow up so fast these days.

....my 2 year old came into the room whilst my neighbour had popped in for coffee and handed me a tampon saying 'choc choc, open, pease'. How does she know what is the most embarrassing thing to drag out of the handbag...............

My 2 1/2 year old son came over to me and said "Mummy you pretty girl" can not think where it came from, his never heard his Dad say it!
