Dizzy Blonde Moments

First things first - not having a go at "dizzy blondes" - I would love to be a natural one but have to make do with highlights!!

Anyway, I am sure we all have those moments that you could call a dizzy blonde moment.

This happened last night and I mentioned it to my new man and he had no idea what a "blonde moment" was.

I normally always use either liquid or powder washing detergent, but this week thought I would try the capsules as they were on special offer from Tesco (their own brand).

Of course I realise that the coating must disintegrate when it is placed in water, but I didn't think of this until it started happening.

I put a load of washing on last night and when I opened the box of capsules I realised one of the capsules had leaked into the plastic container bag. This meant that all the capsules were "sticky" so I decided to clean then off ... using, you guessed it, water. As I was rinsing them off, I thought they were becoming a bit more sticky and it was only when I placed them on the draining board to dry that I realised they were "melting".

Did I feel a fool although I did laugh to myself.

I am a dark haired lass but DH is sure I should have been born Blonde.......

I have moments where I just forget what I am suppose to be doing or saying and it takes me AAAGGGEEESSSSSSSS to remember what I was saying etc.

Have put the washing up liquid in the fridge!!!! Don't ask!!!!!!!

I know I've had load of these but I can't remember any at the moment. Except for pouring boiling water into the coffee jar rather than my mug and I only remember that because I read my posting it on another thread today!

OH i was out with friends - walked past a store that sold ceramics. There was a hat in the window but it looked so realistic that I leant in for a closer look - you guessed it - smashed my face on the window.... the men with me thought it was funny - They laughed even harder when I stupidly admitted that was the second time I had done that that evening!!

I am naturally blonde and naturally daft! Have done many silly things(trying to think of some but can't) except for when i changed the halogen bulb in my lamp, got it changed then read on the box ' DO NOT TOUCH BULB WITH BARE HANDS' i thought shit! just done that and scrubbed my hands like mad thinking there must be something toxic on those bulbs. Dawned on me later, i am such a div!

Had dh going mad on the phone to the bank after the cash machine swallowed up my card. I soon realised that it had expired the day before. dh was not impressed with me!
