a ebayer has just emailed me from australia asking how much to send three t-shirts over there? how much would it cost? thanks need quick response as bids end soon!

maybe about $15? My dad just sent me a big tshirt and cd from australia and it cost him $15 - thats about 6 or 7 english pounds

do i ask them to pay in sterling?

Zoom onto the Royal Mail website - they have a guide by weight and location that will tell you.

if they are paying for the tshirts in sterling then the postage will be added to their total in sterling.... if that makes sense?!

yes tellt ehm to pay in sterling, paypal automatcially converts it.

Have you got scales? Weight the package and then look on Royal Mails website.

prices are here australia is zone 2 in the table.

here - Oz is zone 2. You'd want a small packet.
