me and Dh just cleared out the loft!!!

OMG how much crap???!!!! I took about 12 bags to the chartity shop and clothing bins. I still have some stuff up there that we can't get rid off till we go to the tip!! Can't believe I kept all that!!!

We cleared 8 bags earlier this week. Its amazing how the crap accumulates isn't it?

we did our last year and need to do it again next year lots of toys have gone up there this year but it is a great feeling.

I know what you mean. We've cleared out the 'spare' bedroom, cupboards, tops of wardrobes etc for the impending arrival and it's unbelievable how much junk we had.
Decorated said 'spare' room as the nursery. The dog's bed is still in there for now though - so we look like a couple of fools with a really. really spoiled pooch

I still have the garden shed to sort out and the cupboards in the bedrooms. I am liking clearing it all, but can't get over that it all fixed in....
I found baby clothes that were DS and he is nearly 8!!!!

And I found a lime green skirt from my clubbing days!!!

I have said to DH that nothing apart from the xmas tree is going into the loft at the new house, if it needs to go in the loft it can go down the tip!! I didn't need anything up there, only the xmas tree........

My mother has been clearing hers out and found a load of stuff which were mine including a large box of christmas decorations which she had said she had not got (put them their 4 yrs ago when we where having build work done to keep them safe) now have two of my favourite decorations.

Other things included a dolls bed for my 'Sindy' which i have now given to my Dd for her disney princess'.

Embarrisingly old handbags form my youth days gone to charity collections {blush}

It got so hot up there, we had to stop after 5 hours!!

Still got lots to sell at the car boot on sunday too!!
