Moving house - need a new fridge/freezer quickly!

At last we seem to be on the verge of moving house (only taken 13 months) anyway we left our white goods at our old place (they were old anyway) but this means we have none when we move into the new house. I can wait for dishwasher, tumble drier even washing machine but will need a fridge at least from day 1 for DD's milk etc

Looked in Argos but they take 7 days to deliver does anyone know if Comet/Currys do a next day delivery or anything?

Buy a cool box just in case you can't get a fridge, then you can buy ice from the supermarket, or if you know any of your new neighbours ask them to freeze some cool blocks for you.

John Lewis are usually quite quick on delivery, and you can order over the phone.

We got ours from a local business. Much more amiable for delivering when and where you wanted, possibly cheaper too. Have a look at yell.com or in the pages!

There is a company round here that do same day delivery, if you order something they have in stock. Its worth looking at the local papers if you are new to your new area
