lost counterpart! cant do theory! help!

Help have theory test in a week and a half! cannot for the life of me find the counterpart! so therefore I cannot do the test? how do i go about getting a new one? does anyone know how much they cost? I feel so disappointed!

My brother just done the same thing 2 weeks ago only he didnt realise until the night before then it was too late.you have to apply to the dvla for a new copy of your licence,it will cost £19 you can get the form from the post office and no you wont be able to do the test without it.
