If the swimming pool is freezing

can i complain to the manager and they turn the water temp up on SAME day as where i go is a good s. bath but the babys pool is right next to the main entrance so we can feel the wind gusting in and the pool is freezing too as babas jaw is shivering!!

sorry... they have a swimming pool next to their ftront door?
go somewhere else!

well, the next nearest pool stinks of chloride and its gives me headaches (as it had happened to me!) so this pool had got a faint smell of chloride so im fine with it
