Anything to do in Northallerton

Family are off to Northallerton on Sunday to visit brother who has just moved up there. Have a DD of 3 & I want to know if there is anything to do up there for an hour or two if she gets bored?

Any one know of a good kiddies park & where it is?

if you mean the Northallerton in North Yorkshire then theres not a lot to do there. There is a reasonable kind of park, swings and things, just off the high street behind Safeway. Theres a big car park next to it. Its a lot of years since I took my kids to it but the forecast is good for the weekend. If I think of anything else I'll stick it on here.

Cheers Northerndad, yes it is na in Nth Y. Atleast I now have an idea of where to take her if she gets fed up.

hi there used to be a really good swimming pool there with lots of slides and stuff-prob still there and you will be quite near lightwater valley, newby hall if you fancy more of a day trip, have fun

There is a really lovely lesuire pool there.
