Does anyone know what happened to the cooks&co professionals company that used to sell kitchenware at Debenhams?
My searching on the net has no results.

I have a knife about four years old made by them (it has their logo on it) and last night it snapped in half on me! These knives were very expensive and i'm sure carred a lifetime guarantee logo on the packaging.

Don't normally bother, but fancied complaining about this one and seeing what the outcome is. What is the point of saying it will last a lifetime when it doesn't??

Have you tried asking Debenhams what happened to them. Also if it had a lifetime guarentee can Debenhams help?

Exactly mumtosomeone, but if they advertise that i want to find out why mine snapped after 4 years!! We spent a good £200 on three knives.
