Has anyone ever received money back from Roblox My daughter spent £1,000 on unauthorized games, and I am trying to get it back

How did she pay for them?

Google play, via Paypal and they all refuse to help and said go directly to Roblox

I’ll be amazed if they’ll refund you as surely you failed to lock down access to payment on your device. She couldn’t have been well supervised or else you would have known what was going on in the early stage. The key might be if PayPal/Google were linked to your credit card. Any refund we’ve ever managed to claw back has been through credit cards and starting a charge back that way.

They probably required that when you signed her up to that app in the first place.

what do you mean by unauthorised? Are they illegal?

I doubt you’ll get money back - it’s not their fault I don’t think?

you need tighter restrictions/controls or to review whether she can safely use games
