I live in East Sussex in a detached 4 bed house, 1 bathroom, 1 DD and DH, downstairs WC. Playroom downstairs as well as conservatory and a massive garage. As DD gets older would you add an ensuite/shower in garage?
I have £280,000 left on the mortgage and am 42 joint income is approx £100,000.
the conservatory needs updating and the garden could do with landscape work as it’s odd split level and in need of help.

would lack of second shower etc with one child at aged 11 be a reason to remodel or move? I don’t think it is but feel like others would disagree and easier to ask you friendly bunch than friends irl 👍
