My son is going to uni in September but it’s free cause his under 19 his doing diploma foundation can I still get child benefit and universal credit for him

You should receive a form telling you when the benefit ends. There is a box about continuing education to tick to still get the benefit; If the diploma is like A Level equivalent then yes you will.
