Need Ideas: Keeping my Energetic 4-Year-Old Busy!

I'm a mum with a very lively 4-year-old daughter. I adore her energy, but it's challenging to keep her occupied for at least one hour every day so I can manage household chores. She's an only child, so she doesn't have siblings to play with. Can anyone share some advice or activities that could help keep her engaged? I'd really appreciate any suggestions!
Thank you in advance.

Her attention span might be more like 20 minutes than an hour, can you split it into small chunks of time? Start her off playing with something, give her 15 mins of really focused attention then go do a load of washing for 15 mins? Failing which a really energetic activity followed by her watching a movie for an hour? Do you have a partner? Could they take her to park whilst you get some housework done?

Mother of 1 aswell, having 3 dogs helps keep my dd entertained 😂, painting, play doh, anything that involves using there hands to play with seems to keep them entertained, freeze dance and Danny go on you tube are great

Get her to help with household chores as much as possible. She can fold laundry and match socks and put things away. Make it a game and she will also be learning useful skills about working together on something.

I have a four-year-old who spent hours coloring pictures! I used to print from sites like this: https://www.coloring-pages-zen.com/kids-coloring-pages.php
A stack of paper, a printer (I hope you have one), two minutes to print some drawings and peace of mind is guaranteed!😉

My 4 y/o likes cooking with me (although it has to be a well thought out recipe - the best are ones where she can crack a lot of eggs). Also 'cooking' with pots and pans on the floor, wooden spoons, dried beans and pasta to swirl around and any other random 'ingredients' she finds to add. This gets really noisy when the pans turn into drum kits but it does keep her entertained.
Another thing that worked for a really long time once was a collage with bits of paper and pva glue.
A pair of kid-safe scissors and a stack of paper to shred can also keep her going for a long time.
