Rash and low grade fever?

Hi. I just noticed a few patches and some tiny pimples on my LO's chest and tummy. She has a 37.6 temperature so not really sure if for baby this is low grade fever or normal temperature. She's 20 weeks old. Didn't start weaning her but giving her sometimes a drop from the 4+ pouches just to try the taste. Is it possible to be because of that? She has never had any sensitivity or skin problem before. What does it look like? Any mum who have seen something like this before? What it turned out to be?

My little one (11 months) had a rash like that a couple of months ago and a fever and diareah. Took him to the doctors and they said it was mild form of chicken pox that was going around. Its worth getting him checked out to be sure. With ours he had a fever for 3 days and we dosed him with calpol, after that he was fine in himself and just had a funny tummy for a couple of weeks after.
