Chronic lung baby

Hi ladies will I be priority for council housing as my baby has chronic lung disease because the flat we are renting now the neighbours are always doing weed and what not and we can literally smell in the flat all day. Is there some type of help I can get as it's not good for my premature baby especially since the neighbours are a bunch of boys who are not social distancing and having so many people come in and out of the flat

I would get in touch with your local council or housing officer if you are appointed one. But I don't think you will be put as priority over what your neighbours are doing. I think you can only complain to your landlord or the landlord of your neighbours perhaps.
