Hi girls , my baby is 3 months old that's how early he came. His due date is tomorrow. He always wakes him self up for feeds BUT let's say he doesn't wake up should I disrupt his sleep? I know he shouldn't go 5 hours max without a feed because of dehydration but he also grunts all night and when he's not he's in a peaceful deep sleep I know you shouldn't wake a sleeping baby ? Let me know thank you.

You need to phone your health visitor because the prematurity is probably a factor here.

I always say never wake a sleeping baby. If they are hungry they will let you know.
HOWEVER!! you have a Prem baby so I agree with pp and speak with your HV on this one.
There may be a different set of 'rules' for your baby, given he was so early.
