Counselling to accept only one child

Has anyone had counselling to accept they will only have one child. Due to infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss and given my age it seems unlikely I will have another and I am really struggling to come to terms with this. I wondered if anyone had had counselling and if this had helped?

I have, as part of counselling to help with the grief of a stillbirth, and found it worked brilliantly for me.

I think for counselling type support, it can take some time to find what works for you,so keep trying if what you try first doesn't feel right.

Thank you for replying, I'm really sorry to hear about your still birth. I don't really know what types of counselling there are but I am looking into it. I'm glad to hear it worked for you
