Well I've had the non molistation order in place around 5 months only on for a year but I want it to be ended early so my son can see his dad and I can be there for the first few visits I've Hurd that he improved and got the help needed to a long time ago he also has new baby coming along with his new misses and would like my son to see his Brother or sister and want the to be a civil relationship between us so my son can have a chance a see his dad and him being and to have a good relationship with us both any idea how I would have to get it removed sooner rather than in another 7 months

You will need to see a solicitor to set this in motion but without solid documented evidence that your former partner is no longer a threat to you and your child a judge can refuse to lift the order

Go back to court and ask them to cancel it.

You don't have to cancel the non molestation order. I had one in place and still maintained contact between ex and son. Just get a child arrangement order that sets out contact and it'll be fine.

But she wants a 'civil' relationship with dad and the Non Mol would put him at risk of breaching it.

I feel like as his parents we should get along and as he's inproved massively on the last 6 months owned up to what he has done we need a cival relationship and put the past behind

You'll have to go back to court as I've said. Otherwise if it says not to contact you and he does he's still breaching the Non Mol even if you don't mind the contact.
