Sure Start Maternity Grant

As I understood it the sure start maternity grant was not available when my daughter was born. August 2012 but I have heard it is up and running again. Would anyone out there know whether it is or whether I could still claim?! Whether there was any chance that I still could?
I understand I I don't meet hardly any of the criteria if any, but ........

from looking at the criteria then no you cant claim as you have a child already. If you were expecting twins, triplets, etc then you could claim

unless your dd is now over 16 of course
