Nurseries in Brentford and Ealing (TW8/W7/W13)

Anyone have any recommendations for nurseries in Hanwell, Eaing or Brentford? I am going to see Brenford Day Nursery and Teddies as the location works well for my commute but I am opened to suggestions - any advice gratefully received.

Hiya, my ds1 went to the Little School in Brentford and we were really happy with them. V caring, good food made on premises etc. They only have a little bit of outdoor space but they do take them to the park etc.

A friend's dd went to Buttercups in Syon Park and they really liked that one also.

DS2 (and DS1 in his time) goes to Copley Close children's centre. Friendly and chaotic. Food made on premises, sometimes by the kids. Little garden for digging etc. Dancing and French.

I'd really recomend the Corner House in Ealing W13 (on Lavington Road.) My dd been there since she was 6 months and has loved it. They are not a training nursery, so all members of staff are fully qualified, and most of the staff members have long service. Only problem could be the waiting list- I'd recoment having a look and putting name down sooner rather than later.

Thank you so much for your replies everyone! UptoapointLordCopper, I actually went to Copley back in the day (scary!)but didn't think of it. I have an appointment to see the corner house and will go check out buttercups and the little school - again thanks for your suggestions!

There is one opposite the Brentford Police station , I forgot the name, but at the time I visited I thought it was relly good, apart from no garden but there is a park opposite where they take kids every day.

I highly recommend The Little School Nursery in Brentford. It is a fantastic, safe, caring and inspirational place for children.
Both my children attended (from 6months to 5yrs - my daughter and 6 months to 4 yrs - my son) and they were incredibly happy there. In fact, the environment really helped prepare my kids for a seamless transition to primary school which was great as my daughter was very shy.
Apart from the wonderful facilities including good out-door space, the staff there are amazing. I was fortunate enough to start tutoring French there on a weekly basis about 5 years ago and thrilled to see that the management and some senior key staff who had been there when my daughter started (13 years ago!) were still there ... that certainly says something. I am lucky to see how well the children interact with the happy staff when I teach there and can see that the day is well structured, the children are stimulated and very, very content. A brilliant nursery... I can't speak highly enough of it!
