i forgot about gifts for nursery, it's lo's last day tomorrow. She's been there a month, no idea how many girls care for her, or what to get off the supermarket shelf when i'm in a rush tomorrow. What is most likely to be appreciated?

box of choc biscuits to be shared in the staff room. easy to get, and will be appreciated - or at least would be in the preschool I work in!

I got DD2's nursery teachers a "tipple & treat" from Sainsburys.

Basically a small wine with some choccies in a box.

Were only £3 each and on 3 for 2.

Tin of Celebrations or similar, then they can be shared around.

It also doesn't look over the top.

Totally agree with all of above suggestions.

Biscuits or chocolates ALWAYS go down well and then it doesnt matter how many you are catering for.
