Would moving my 24 month old to a new nursery be too disruptive?

Considering moving my 20 month old to a different preschool when she turns 24 months. New preschool is smaller, closer to us,safer location and I like that they have cctv. Generally seems like she would thrive. However, I am worried about moving my daughter and making her have to re-settle in to a new location. Her current nursery is ok really, and it would be good continuity wise to not uproot her.
ultimately I think she would eventually thrive in the new preschool (can’t move her now or before as they only take ages 2 and up).
but would it be unfair to make a big change? Would it be disruptive in your opinion to make it not quite worth it? I won’t be offended by any honest answers- feeling 50/50 currently!
thanks

As a note, it took her months to settle in to her current nursery. She started at 12 months and would cry at drop off until she was about 14 months, which broke my heart. She is now older and more independent, as well as understands loads more of course

I don’t think it would be disruptive. There will be a settling in period but she’s so young and if you’re happier with the nursery setting it’s so worth it.

this is coming from someone who’s children moved nurseries around the same age for situations out of my control - one nursery change post covid and one once my eldest started school and it just made sense for them to be closer logistically.

once settled they got on so well and I can see no negatives to the moves long term.
