Unfortunately, our experience at this nursery has been quite poor due to ongoing staffing issues. Teachers seem to change very frequently, and there often aren’t enough staff available. Even the manager sometimes has to step in and cover in the classroom, which suggests they are struggling with numbers.
Communication is also difficult. When we had questions or concerns and tried to speak with someone in charge, it was hard to find the right person. We were often told that staff were busy or unavailable, and getting proper answers or resolutions took a long time.
The nursery also seems to have problems with consistency. Class arrangements and routines often change without much notice, and it’s not always clear how decisions are being made. This lack of stability has made it difficult for our child to settle properly.
Overall, while the facilities are nice, the constant staff changes and poor communication have made us question whether this is the right place for our child. We hope the management addresses these issues soon.

Communication is also difficult. Have you considered that the problem might be you?
