Just seventeen or soone or two - this is the third one now (with a different chapel in betweentimes)

The quoet came in for the barn at £420K I had raised £210....the difference was too great to bridge

It's not far from Patter Heigham

There are two rooms which I will convert into Kitchen, Baby Room, Playroom, foyer plus an upstairs with Office, Staff Room & a rentable space

Really struggling with the floor plan

I am SO picky and awkward

I have an idea of how I want it & I am not prepared to adapt it

But we are now having underfloor heating which is fab
