Seeking a private Montessori style nursery in Wellingborough/Milton Keynes

Hello! New here! I am moving to Wellingborough and desperately trying to find an exceptional nursery for my almost 2 year old. Where we currently live, she attends the most wonderful Montessori independent nursery and she is thriving. It is such a calming environment and we are so sad for her to be leaving but for other reasons, we need to move.

The nursery is outstanding, feeds her extremely well with non-UPF foods, the children have a wonderful structure to the day and all round I feel so comfortable with her there and I’m looking for something similar in Wellingborough/MK now. Any recommendations and suggestions would be SO appreciated. I really don’t want a big chain nursery, so the smaller the better or a private school. Thanks! X

What the hell makes you move to Wellingborough?

I’m not sure how this is helpful?? It doesn’t matter why we’re moving, prioritising my child’s nursery and educational environment is more important than why Wellingborough.

Wellingborough isn't the right place to find good quality nurseries and schools.
You would be better off looking at non specific village nurseries....

Okay but I’ve put Wellingborough/Milton Keynes. I’m clearly looking at a broader area than just one town and haven’t said that I’m not willing to travel? Do you have any helpful recommendations?

@acollsx apologies I can't actually offer a recommendation. I know someone that works in a nursery near-ish that part of the country (which is why I clicked on your thread out of curiosity). Unfortunately when I checked Google maps I realised she works completely in the wrong direction for you and absolutely miles away.
I know there is a big private school in Wellingborough that apparently has a pre-prep from age 3. Maybe have a look at that.

There is a Montessori nursery in Milton Keynes, but that's at least 45 minutes drive from Wellingborough, so unless you were working in MK, you really wouldn't want to be driving that daily just for nursery! It looks like there are also Montessori settings in Northampton, which would be closer.
