I earn 18p more per hour than I used to earn in retail. That's why there's a staffing crisis in Nurseries.

£12.45. Level 3 qualified, nearly 20 years experience. So only slightly above minimum wage. Luckily I love my job and my husband earns enough that we can afford for me to carry on.
