Dear Parents,
my son is scared of his key person since mid June this year. Since then a serious of mishandling of incidents by the key person at his nursery, my son seems scared by this his key person. A clear pattern has been developed that my son rejects going to nursery every time the Key person tells him off after each incident.
If we change nursery we need three months’ notice. This is so unfair to us. This is also so stressful for work parents.
I would be very grateful if anyone has similar experiences could give some suggestions.
