30 hours free- what happens if my child misses a morning?

DD gets 21 gov funded hours a week at nursery as she's 3. Does anyone know what the protocol is if she doesn't attend for a morning? Do the nursery miss out on claiming back the money? If so should I offer to pay for the 3 hours she won't be there?

Nothing happens, they claim as usual and you pay any additional fees as usual, whether they are sick/on holiday etc children are ill more often than adults. What nurseries don't like is if you say book them in for every Monday Wednesday Friday but only bring them in one Friday a month

Great, thanks @UndercoverCop so I can just tell them she won't be in and it won't have any financial impact on them? That's great, I'd feel really bad if it left them out of pocket. It's just a one off.
