Anyone knows about Reddam House Early Learning School? Ofsted concerned and took actions

The school was outstanding by Ofsted's most recent report, but recently Ofsted has raised concern and taken action. From the report, it is hard to know what happened. (reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/16/EY495544) Does anyone know anything about it?

I read the report. There was an allegation about a staff member. They did the right thing and reported it. They had done something wrong but put it right. Seems pretty minor.

Had an interview there once. Nerves got to me and I totally screwed it up. Just dried up and words didn't want to come out. In my top 3 worst interviews.

I also worked there as supply for a couple of days. Staff all lovely and their heart seemed in the right place, but not my thing.
