Nursery have asked me to make bottles up in advance?

They've asked me to take in formula ready made in bottles every morning and they'll keep it in the fridge.

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to formula, but I thought you weren't supposed to do this?

It's the boiling water bit that's really important! I will be sending cartons I think.

lucy - that's not safe as you don't know the water is still above 70c

My 3 children are spaced out by 8 years each, so guidelines had changed a bit. By the time I had my 3rd 4 years ago, we were no longer advised to make the whole day's feed in advance and only add powder when needed. I must admit, I completely ignored this and carried on exactly as I did for the other two. However, I wouldn't expect a nursery to do this. It is easy to add the powder after though if the bottle is given to them sterilised with the sterile water in it.
