EXCLUSIVE nursery by the hour in Notting Hill area- Does this exist?

Hi

I have a seven month old daughter and I am a full time mum.

I was wondering if there is such a thing as a NURSERY BY THE HOUR where I could register her and leave her for example twice a week for a couple of hours?

It should also be at the high end of nurseries and I am happy to pay £8- £10 per hour (the price I would pay for a nanny).

I somehow prefer her to go to an official place where there are various adults and a supervisor rather than leaving her alone with a babysitter I hardly know.
