Ad hoc nursery or creche sessions in Lewisham SE13, SE4, SE6, SE23 or central London?

DD (2 years old) and I are going through a hard patch atm, and I want to find somewhere where I can book a nursery or creche session for a few hours to get a bit of a break. We don't need a permanent place, just something ad hoc for when I need a bit of time to myself.

Does anyone know of anything like this in the Lewisham / Brockley / Honor Oak / Catford / Forest Hill area? Can also go to Greenwich / Blackheath and maybe Deptford / New Cross. Or into central London if necessary. I know there's one in Forest Hill but I can't find any details about it at all. All suggestions very welcome.

I think a lot of the leisure centres you can leave them for 2 hours, I am not sure if you have to remain on site eg do an exercise class. It might not exactly be what you are looking for but perhaps better than nothing if you need a short break. Otherwise perhaps look for a local child minder x
