Afternoon everyone 🤗
Blimey, no wonder your back’s kicking off at you @Thebookofcarolagain, you’ve been on a one woman garden makeover mission 😂. Coffee and cake refuelling is absolutely required at this point. It's a necessity! 😁😋☕🍪
Typical weather, lures you out then goes nah, not today, just as well the washing’s ready 🙄
WiFi clearly just fancied a little break this morning , at least it’s pulled itself together now 🤞
The pots aren’t going anywhere you can rest up now and chill out treat yourself to a nice cuppa and a cakey 😁😋

Been to see my friend and had a cuppa then shopping in Aldi hone for a cuppa and toast before more footy yay😂🙄

Finished out back, its now in some kind of tidiness 😄 I stacked pots, emptied old compost, swept up. Found a blooming toad up top end when I was moving tools, bags of rocks, thought it was a leaf under the sprayer and tried to sweep it up! So then took a deep breath and gathered up some of the leaves i had just tidied up and dumped them on him. (Also swept up a dried up dead toad too, euuuuwww)
Was gonna tackle my snail bucket but my back was broken by then so that can wait.
Washing is out.
Kids came back just after 12 so have heard all thier adventures.
Dozed off on sofa and woke up frozen! Have had coffee and got heat pad on my back. Sun actually reappeared but was still cold, shouldn't be allowed.
Was watching Littke Mountain Ranch @DirtyGertiefromno30 ;have you seen it lately? I have missed a few...they are going to sell the ranch! and move somewhere with a better climate in Canada. Still will have a garden in which they aim to grow food to sell instead of just for themselves, plus a milk cow etc. Thier kids are growing and thier priorities are changing. Good luck to them. But Chelsea is still gardening this year just a slightly smaller scale. Been catching up her videos from first garden walk and where she plans to put things. Love her garden (but the work!!!)

Watch her and ignore the footy 😉

I am layered up so no heating on @DirtyGertiefromno30 . It seems a bit milder now not as chilly as earlier.
Got to get a few bits of shopping tomorrow, oh joy. And go to chemist. Just a pia.

My elderly neighbour just fell and hit her head bless her so we picked her up and took her in and sorted her out until her daughter came to stay with her.
Poor thing, she was ok afterwards when her daughter came 🤗

Didn't get a lot but got some onion bhajis, veg samosas, tandoori naans and dips as a treat in Aldi special selection area.

Your getting your shopping made me smile because that’s a proper lovely picky tea 😋 yummy ! Bhajis, samosas, naans and dips sounds lush especially if they were that limited edition curry range Aldi have in on times, DH had a Lamb Rogan Josh he really enjoyed last week 😋
Love that you got back before the washer finished, that almost never happens for us either 😂! Fingers crossed the sun holds for the washing.

Phew I am alive ! Knackered but alive. Got my meds, but haven't checked..I really should have. Lovely day now, was kinda melting by time I got home.
Had a coffee at the beach then found out the public loo was blocked! Tried the ones at end of harbour...£1 fee but only card! Arghh.
Sea was having fun crashing around. Swan was there again.

What a mission @Thebookofcarolagainglad you survived it! Nothing worse than shut loos or ones that want a card payment just to have a blinking wee ! A pound for a wee just typical of councils 🙄

Well that was fun...not. ds1 did the gun bit after i did one little bit, it was so hard to squeeze! Sealant done although it's a very small nozzle so i might do a second one as have another tube. Not convinced it will hold up. Will be another day though.

Have my scan at hosp tomorrow oh joy. Have to fast till after it, boo.

Well those Indian things were a bit tooooooo spicey for me @DirtyGertiefromno30 , shame but even with the dips i couldn't finish them. Never had those type of thing so spicey before. Had 2 blueberry pancakes after. 😄
Need to do dishes then get scrubbed and pjs on. Getting cooler now.

You’ve had a full on day, so dishes, a good scrub and cosy PJs was definitely the way to go. It’s definitely turning cooler now , that little drizzle never really amounts to much but makes everything feel so damp.
Fingers crossed it stays dry for you in the morning and brightens up like they say. Hope the hospital visit goes smoothly too 🤞
