Friend had occupational health assessment yesterday over phone as part of pre job checks. Because he’s been off from his previous role for 8.5 months due to specific work related stress the assessor said he now has to have another assessment with a doctor.
Friend is now quite low, in part I think I bit of fear they might retract job but also because there’s no date of when he will speak to doctor and he really wants to get started in new role.
Any advice appreciated x
