Newbie here!!
I'm just at a loss as what to do next and after some advice.
My ex husband has been emailing me asking me for half of my sons DLA. A bit of background information. (Short version)..my ex was blacklisted by dwp/dla for fraud a couple of years back...they had advised me to contact the police over the matter, however, having at that point been having issues with my eldest (primary age at this time) and not wanting to put her through anymore stress I decided not to contact the police regarding it.
Since Covid hit (I work in a hospital) he has started asking for money from our sons DLA again, saying that I've had it for long enough. In ordinary circumstances it wouldnt have been an issue to split it as we share custody, however, I don't believe the money will actually go on my son. I was happy to pay for thing that he feels my son needs at his home but this suggestion did not go down well.
We have other issues surrounding him not encouraging our daughter to spend time with me, not including me in her day to day life or school, making decisions without asking me. I currently only see her once a fortnight despite asking over and over again for him to support me in seeing her more. It feels like parental alienation but after speaking to professionals all I'm told is to take him to court.
I'm so tired and lost and...done in really.
I know this probably doesnt make sense, but I just need advice on what I can do going forward.
