Should I change teat size?

Hi everyone, my 6 week old is currently on size 1 teat MAM bottles, he has started to fall asleep on the bottle and the feed takes up to an hour, should I move up a size in teat or should I wait till he's 8 weeks?

No harm in trying

I use tomee tippee bottles and have moved up teat sizes before the age on the packet - I think they're just a guide, you know your baby best.
