Mums need some advice just had a letter through for a notice of compliance telephone interview, has anyone else had one of these please? If so is it anything to worry about? And what kind of questions do they ask? Many thanks x

Can anyone help please. My husband and I are seperated but both still living in the family home, this has been the situation for several months now. We have 3 kids aged 21, 18 and 5. Two months ago I started dating someone who I have know for 2 years and he has asked me to move in with him. I really want to go with my 5 year old and have a fresh start and be happy again but my husband said I cannot take our 5 year old out of this town as he ( husband) doesnt know this man and hes threatened to fight to get our son back if I go.

Can anyone offer me any advice on this please?

Sounds like he's trying to use your 5 year old as a leaver to make you stay, it'll never work and eventually you's will end up resenting each other and children pick up and sense the animosity.
