Help with court and cafcass

Hi there anyone that can help

I have been yoncourt and been really unfairly treated and cafcass let my son and me down massively. He told her he’s worries and why he didn’t want to spend long times with his father and he misses me terribly and he is often left alone while him and his partner go out, leaving him with a 1year old and other things and the cafcass officer basically ignored it all and said in court he should have extra access etc!! Totally opposite of what was said in report.

I am so worried and due to go back to court and wondered if anyone had any help or advice ???

So sorry that you feel let down @lionessandcub1. I haven’t got any experience of the Family Court but I’ve heard that Rights of Women are very good.
