Pregnancy nausea

Hey everyone

So I'm seven weeks pregnant. We haven't told anyone yet so I'm struggling not having any ladies to speak with. I'm currently having such bad nausea acy help muchly appreciated

Nausea is awful isn’t very it. Have you’ve found the MN Antenatal Club for the month you are due yet? They might have sone tips in there for you Smile

Congratulations! yy mn antenatal club. Meanwhile... standard nausea advice, sip water don't guzzle it, nibble cream crackers, and don't worry, ninety nine times out of a hundred it really is 'morning' sickness and your appetite will be strong and healthy later in the day.
