Early puberty

Hi , I'm new here and I've joined because my granddaughter has the signs of early puberty and she is only 7 1/2 . I'm hoping for some help . She's got a hospital appointment next week but have any of you experienced this ?Hoping or some advice Thank you

Well, it's early but not unheard of by any stretch of the imagination. The youngest recorded mother was only five (awful as that is). What advice were you looking for?
