My two year old granddaughter keeps pulling her arms out of her car seat harness and has a tantrum if I try and put them back, she just won't keep them in. Can anyone help please ?

If she can pull her arms through, it’s probably not tight enough @Malsaxby Smile

It depends on the age of the child, but if she is still in a 0+ car seat, then the harness is not tight enough.

If over, the harness should be tight enough to only fit two fingers under the should area and no more. If that is the case and she is still wriggling out then anti-escape harnesses are available on Amazon/mothercare for about £20.
