not sleeping. my therapist is away. i been triggered by something this evening i read on AIBU and i tried to post about my own experiences on Ask me Anything but was shut down. i don;t know why

i don't think am going to stay on here. i thought this was a place i would be believed and maybe accepted but i do not feel peopl eunderstand. they deleted my post and it took me a lot of guts to write it
