It is stupid O Clock but am not sleepy, so here I am. I live in the South West, (oooh-aaar) and am obsessed with good food, good books and I enjoy the odd glass of wine. Nice to meet you all.

Btw don't post in AIBU if you are vulnerable and this phrase which someone on here told us her DD had used....
Think of someone who is average intelligence. Then remember that 50% of the population are in fact, below this, intellectually speaking.
These posters are often the most strident and derailing.

Anyway I hope you enjoy being on mumsney. Over 12 years later I m here more than ever before. There is often compassionate and helpful information from wise women and this is bloody wonderful.

I have actually been on Mumsnet before some time ago, so not truly a newbie. I rememeber how vicious AIBU could be at times. I don't think I'd be brave enough to start an OP on there.
