Marriage probs after 10 months

So me and my husband have been together 7 years and married 10 months for the last 2 months he feels like we are more friends than husband and wife, he does not want to touch me in any sexual way and finds it hard to talk about his feelings! I am waiting on a counselling appointment but would like some advice! Are we doomed or can our marriage be saved?
