Orla Kiely

I am so disappointed! I love Orla Kiely and have many items however this could well come to an end. I ordered recently some clothing and have not received it. Contacted customer services leaving my contact details three times and have heard nothing. I really just want my money back now as the items are clearly not coming however I can’t get hold of anyone to sort this out. Does anyone please have any advice?
