Sofa disaster

Red wine spilt on sofa . Stain gone but have noticed water marks. I joined Mumsnet as I found their help on line . If I wash cover on delicate wash will the water mark come out? Ihave asked this on the thread I found .

I had water marks on a cushion. I took all of the covers to the dry cleaner and they cleaned them all in the same way so the stain wasn’t visible.
