Hi my 7 year old fell off his bike and scratched his neck on blackberry brambles - with a few thorns going into his skin. I cleaned the bleeding scratches quickly with a wet wipe (all I had). When I got home he had a soapy bath and I put savlon in it. I've googled infection and it has worried me. Up to date with all jabs. Can anyone put my mind at ease! Thanks in advance!
